We don’t ever compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases

  1. Wrong product received by the customer
  2. Products have some defects (point no 9 will be applied on it)
  3. Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or if you want a refund on this contact us on our given email)
  4. Product tampers
  5. Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
  6. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
  7. The customer send shipping details with the logistic tracking code.
  8. 100% money back guarantee when the product arrives as return to our warehouse.
  9. If order cancelled (or refunded) by the customer due to any reason customer have to bear the service fee of 20%.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When Expect the Refund?
